Nothing is left to chance at Roads to Freedom. Once you have gained the necessary medical clearance, where needed, you will undergo a full fitness, health and lifestyle assessment, from which we will agree a realistic programme and sensible goals. Please note that there are no quick fixes or easy solutions offered here and I will not take on anyone who I believe is not committed to sustainable change. But, if you've got the desire, I guarantee to get you there at your own pace.
Except for the 'DIY' package, all packages include all of the following:
Initial Comprehensive Fitness Assessment, covering cardiovascular fitness, strength, muscular endurance etc. with written report and action plan.
Postural Assessment with Corrective Exercises. Essential for injury prevention and for maximising performance. Written report.
Mobility assessment with Corrective Exercises. Again, essential for injury prevention and maximum performance. Includes gait analysis. Written report.
Body Composition and Measurements Analysis. Written report with recommendations.
Nutrition Plan with recommendations and ongoing advice. Written report.
Personalised home exercise plan to reinforce gym work.
Lifestyle Assessment, covering work-life balance, stress, sleep etc.
Quarterly Reviews with Written Report.

I consider all of the above to be essential elements of any programme, unless you have a very good reason why they should not be.
The only difference at present between the three different programmes I offer at present are the number of hourly PT sessions per week. The number of these you choose will depend upon the speed at which you wish to progress the programme, how accountable you need to be, the time you have available, your budget etc. Unless you are really seriously time crunched, I would recommend packages 2 or 3, as one session per week will make progress quite slow.
Package 1 - 24 PT (one per week) sessions, plus all of the above - initial month £275, followed by 5 monthly payments of £165, or a one-off payment of £1075.
Package 2 - 48 PT (twice per week) sessions, plus all of the above - initial month £450, followed by 5 monthly payments of £330, or a one-off payment of £2050.
Package 3 - 72 PT (three times per week) sessions, plus all of the above - initial month £630, followed by 5 monthly payments of £485, or a one-off payment of £2995.
You may of course withdraw from the programme at any time, with no charge for any of the full months outstanding in your programme in the extremely unlikely event that are not completely satisfied with the results of the programme.
I realise that some of you may struggle to find even £165 per month and I don't wish to exclude you from benefitting from this programme, therefore I have introduced a further option for those with little disposable income. In this package, you will get the following:
Initial fitness assessment with posture and mobility analysis, body composition, physical fitness assessment. Written report and action plan.
A Nutrition plan
A gym programme designed for your goals.
1 PT session to demonstrate the exercises.
Ongoing advice as required.
Reviews every 2 months, followed by change of programme as necessary, with follow up PT session to demonstrate.
The cost of this 'DIY' package is just £120 for the first month, followed by 5 monthly payments of £75, or a one-off payment of £475.
If you feel that none of these packages exactly meets your requirements then I will happy to put together a package that is bespoke to you, provided that I consider that you are fully committed.
Existing clients may, if they prefer remain on their packages for as long as they wish - there is no obligation to change over to one of these.
Finally, please be aware that it is the intention to add in further options to these programmes, as more and more fellow health and fitness professionals make arrangements to work with me to provide you with an ever more holistic solution to your individual issues.
