You literally are what you eat, drink, breathe and absorb from the environment. You cannot expect to be fit and healthy without addressing what you eat and when you eat. For most people the best way to eat is to eat real food and not eat constantly. This is key part of the Roads to Freedom philosophy. No deprivation diets here and you don't need to renounce your favourite foods however. You need to be in control though, not the food cravings.
